All food service will be setup around the banquet room
as stations. Guests will have to visit multiple stations to sample all
menu selections. This will also encourage guests to “mingle” rather than
stay stationary at their table. All stations that say “Action” will have
a chef preparing or serving items at the particular station. All other
stations will be staffed by a waiter or waitress. Top Shelf Open Bar, Cash
