Stephen joined Penns Landing Caterers in March of 2003. He is a graduate
of Northeast Catholic High School. He graduated with honors from
The Restaurant School in 1986. In 1990 he headed up his own company,
"A Taste of Class", and contracted for four years with The Grand Lodge
of Pennsylvania Masonic Temple in Center City Philadelphia as their exclusive
in-house full service caterer.
Stephen has an extensive catering background including 7 years in the
Motion Picture Catering Industry. In 1999, he once again went out on his
own, and became the Executive Chef and Owner of "Feature Presentation"
a full service motion picture catering company and traveled extensively
throughout the United States catering to some of the top names in the motion
picture industry including: Paramount, Sony, Morgan Creek, Universal,
Miramax and HBO motion picture studios.
His thorough knowledge of food and food presentation, menu design and
development, and his managerial skills have made him a true and valuable
asset to Penns Landing Caterers and we are proud to have him in our Penns
Landing Catering family.
